Two days and six phone calls later, could not get a simple price to change out my tires. During my first phone call with Cody at noon, he stated their shop would be happy to change out tires, once I asked him how much it would cost per tire he said he would have to give me a call back. I did not hear from him for the remainder of the day I called him again to ask for an update, he said he was too busy to look at pricing and he would call me back tomorrow morning at 8 AM sharp. No phone call at 8 AM, I called back to ask for an update, and I am told to hold on. On the phone for quite a while holding, called back again no luck. Not going to waste my time anymore, I’ll bring my business elsewhere. It’s sad because I heard great things about the shop and wanted to purchase an Allison transmission for my truck later this year, but with these levels of communication and service issues, I don’t want to chance it.
We’re very sorry about that Alejandro. Short staffed this week due to vacations. Still no excuse why we couldn’t have at least gotten back to you. We will certainly try to do better. I’m one of the ones away on vacation. That’s typically my job. Dan/owner
