Took my car to ASAP Automotive for steering and front end issues. Spoke to Dan who told me they would inspect the car and get back to me. I was surprised how fast Dan called and explained what they had found and game me an estimate. They did the repairs as soon as they received the parts and my car was back on the road very quick. The cars is running great and the cost was a little less than the original estimate. I’m very pleased with their work, communication and awesome customer service.

Dan is super helpful and professional! I needed exhaust manifold gasket set and new coolant pipes. He and his staff took the time to do things correctly and efficiently! I highly recommend ASAP Automotive !! Thanks guys!

Incredible service & very knowledgeable. I was very concerned about my vehicle and Dan gave me peace of mind by explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and even sent photo updates so I could see the progress. I highly recommend ASAP… they are the absolute best!

Had general repairs and maintenance done…Have to say Cody did excellent work and he kept me up on everything he was doing. I thought I needed a tuneup and he informed me that it’s not necessary at this time only the spark plugs needed changing, what a change if I had taken it to the dealership…..Thank you Cody for your service and the great price of that service

Two days and six phone calls later, could not get a simple price to change out my tires. During my first phone call with Cody at noon, he stated their shop would be happy to change out tires, once I asked him how much it would cost per tire he said he would have to give me a call back. I did not hear from him for the remainder of the day I called him again to ask for an update, he said he was too busy to look at pricing and he would call me back tomorrow morning at 8 AM sharp. No phone call at 8 AM, I called back to ask for an update, and I am told to hold on. On the phone for quite a while holding, called back again no luck. Not going to waste my time anymore, I’ll bring my business elsewhere. It’s sad because I heard great things about the shop and wanted to purchase an Allison transmission for my truck later this year, but with these levels of communication and service issues, I don’t want to chance it.

We’re very sorry about that Alejandro. Short staffed this week due to vacations. Still no excuse why we couldn’t have at least gotten back to you. We will certainly try to do better. I’m one of the ones away on vacation. That’s typically my job. Dan/owner
